We’re Back with an Update – March 13, 2025
 
Hello, everyone! It’s been two months since our last update, and we’re thrilled to be back. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who checked in on us and waited patiently—we truly appreciate your support.
 
A major fire hit us not long ago, impacting our small team and slowing us down. As a tiny publisher, losing even one member throws a wrench in our communication and workflow. But we’ve regrouped, and we’re ready to roll!
 

EU 1 & EU 2 Updates

French Language Games: A few backers are still awaiting their French copies of The Flood. Good news—the stock shipped via ocean freight and is slated for delivery by April 10, 2025. Here’s the tracking number: TRHU6876319, https://ecomm.one-line.com/one-ecom.  Why the delay? Our German and French print runs were small—just enough for backers plus 5% for replacements. We split fulfillment across three warehouses in different countries for speed, but lost and damaged games threw us off. Lesson learned!
 
Replacement Parts: Eight backers are still waiting on replacements. Happy Shops has the latest data and will ship these out as soon as they’re picked and packed.
 
Mats: We underestimated how many mats we’d need to cover losses. We’ve already contacted our manufacturer (LongPack) to produce more, and once they’re ready, they’ll ship automatically to those still waiting.
 

VFI Updates

Stock Resupply: The latest batch has arrived! Games have shipped to local hubs, and some backers received theirs by the end of last week. We’re on track here.
 
Mats: Same story as EU—lost mats caught us short. More are in production and will ship out as soon as they’re ready.
 

Tariffs

No need to worry, EU backers! We’re absorbing any tariff-related costs internally and won’t be passing them on to you.
 

Fulfillment: A New Approach

How are we fixing our EU fulfillment woes? Going forward, Dara Studios will handle all fulfillment, with Happy Shops as our top-choice hub. They’ve been incredible partners, and consolidating to one hub should eliminate the headaches we faced last time.
 

Game Submissions

We’ve received over 30 amazing game submissions—thank you to everyone who sent prototypes and ideas! We’ve responded to all of you, but heads-up: we’re not accepting new submissions until 2028. That said, we’re always happy to hear your creative pitches and offer feedback. Keep those ideas coming!

Thank you for your patience. We were waiting for some concrete data from fulfilment hubs before sending out an update. If we are not posting an update that means we don't yet have accurate data to share.

EU 1

Here is a more concrete timeline relating to Green Logistics:

  • Fulfillment started on Nov 8 by Green logistics for KS backers -> most of EU1 pledges were fulfilled, we still see 14 pending orders from the tracking #s, those are shipped or being shipped out any day now
  • EU1 backers that got an email from us regarding your pledge being lost/returned, Thank you for your emails, we have organized and submitted them and are awaiting a reply back from GL on the status of your pledges. Each one of you will get a reply back individually as soon as we get a tracking number or figure out why the delivery was missed.
  • All of the KS pre orders & Late pledges that have not been shipped will be shipped week of Dec 13 from Green logistics 
  • Green logistics has shipped german copies to Happy shops

Hello everyone! EU & AU & VFI Fulfillment 📦 continues. 

Thank you for your patience. Prior to any update we need to receive concrete data from fulfillment hubs before updating you. If we are not posting an update that means that we don't have concrete data to be accurate. 

UK

📦 UK: Happy to announce that UK fulfillment is 100% complete. 

EU 1

(AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, RS, SE, SK):

Here is a more concrete timeline:

  • Games received by Green logistics 
  • Games processed  by Green logistics at their warehouse Sep 9
  • Freight forwarder Hive and Green logistics making sure paperwork in place for all the countries Sep 14, fulfillment to begin shortly... 
  • Paper work took a month to sort out Sep 15 - 0ct 10
  • Green logistics states they are backed up with campaigns and will notify us, fulfillment will begin shortly Oct 10
  • This morning we got an update from them "We should finish the fulfillment by the end of this week" this would be Nov 8

We understand that logistics takes time, going forward with our campaigns ->  they will have the games arrive much earlier in order to give logistics time to figure out any paperwork or any issues that arise. Thank you again for your patience!

EU 2

📦 Germany:

Thank you for all your returns we can see live when they are being processed. 

Here is a more concrete time timeline:

Our freight forwarder Hive had some German versions of the Flood in their Greek warehouse, as soon as we found out the numbers that arrived from factory + damaged and missing games to Happy shops. New stock of Games were sent to Happy Shops from Greece and should be processed soon, fulfillment to commence shortly. The shipment is scheduled to arrive Nov 6-7 according to Hive from todays communication.

Australia

📦 AU KS Orders are fulfilled. Late pledge + Preorders: Fulfillmentwill commence next week via Happy Shops from the shipment from Hive (Greece). 

VFI

The Flood is in the fulfillment roster for the individual countries to be fulfilled, please refer to their timeline.

October update part 1

Hello everyone! Essen is over and our ✈️ partners are back in the offices. Fulfillment 📦continues thank you backers for your patience. 

UK

📦 UK: Zatu has fulfilled majority of the games, a few remain and will be fulfilled as soon as more SKUs arrive to Zatu ( happening this week ). 

EU 1

EU: All games are at Green logistics. Our freight forwarder spoke to Green logistics and the paper work is set. Games will ship as early as end of this week. This includes shipping to: (AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, RS, SE, SK). Stay tuned and thank you for your patience. All of our future published games will not have this issue due to us knowing now exactly what clearance is needed for EU.

EU 2

📦 Germany: More German language games are arriving to happy shops from UK and the warehouse in Greece (this week) fulfillment will commence individually as soon as games arrive.

! French-> German language !

Thank you for all your emails, we have flagged all the games, you should be getting a return label from happy shops to return the french game. Happy shops will be shipping the correct language to backers alphabetically on the list. Thank you again for your patience! 

Australia

📦 AU Preorders, shipping will commence next week.  Happy shops is handling the AU fulfillment. Over all they did a very good job. Originally games were supposed to be sent via VFI, however we encountered some issues and decided to fulfill all AU backers from Germany.

VFI

Some backers games have been returned, we are working with backers individually to see what the course of action would be -> if you have not yet emailed us and there was an issue with your pledge arriving email us at [email protected]

We have gotten a lot of supportive emails both fulfillment advice, ways to resolve paperwork and etc. We do have a freight forwarder that is handling our games in the EU, but with that said- > you are an incredible community of backers, thank you to each and everyone of you that reached out! Hello again Backers 👋 Fulfillment continues and there is important information for EU backers 

Canada -----

📦 KS backers + Preorders 

 "Canada Missing KS Pledges" We have a few backers missing their pledges, some were lost during transit, thank you for your emails, majority of you got your games shipped last week and the rest will get your games shipped out this week.

UK,EU1,EU2 ------

📦 UK,EU1,EU2: All games are in the Hubs and are processed. Fulfillment to start in different zones this week!

German Language Backers-> Important!

There are about 40 backers that got the French version of the Flood instead of the German version. Important!

Please do not open the French version we are coming up with a plan with the HUB this week. Stay tuned, all 40 of you should get emails from the HUB or us this week with a resolution. Thank you!

Second batch via VFI is processed and will be heading out this week to country destinations. The rest after the mats arrive to VFI from the US
