📦 Wave 1 (UK,EU1,EU2):

The container arrived to Greece on Aug 8, cleared customs and was delivered to the warehouse on Aug 20. Games have been organized, processed and shipped to the hubs 2 days ago. You can expect early September to begin your fulfillment at EU/UK!

VFI ------

Second batch via VFI is processed and will be heading out this week to country destinations. The rest of the games, after the mats arrive to VFI from the US

📦 Batch 2 ( World Wide )

Batch 2 pledges have already gone out this week. And are fulfilling in destination countries.

📦 Batch 3 ( World Wide )

The mat and game shipment from the US is packed and processed, It will ship this upcoming week via Fedex Air to VFI. After processing games will be shipped as well. You can expect your games very soon as well, more updates to come as we get them ourselves..

📦 KS backers (USA)- 95%

-USA: 95% of Kickstarter backers got their games already and the rest will get their games this week! We are excited to announce that there has been only a few missing items out of all the games that were fulfilled and only a few damaged games. This is really good! 

📦 KS Preorders (USA)

Starting fulfillment by the end of this week

📦 KS Retail (USA)

100% of US retail pledges going out today/tomorrow

Canada -----

📦 KS backers (Canada): 

Games are headed across the border and will be fulfilled by Canada post in August, we will have accurate dates 2nd week of August

📦 KS Preorders (Canada): Coming soon! As soon as the Kickstarter Campaign backers get their games, preorder backers will start receiving theirs

This container arrives August 2 in Greece, games will head out to hubs and be there by Aug 20th, after being processed by the hubs the games will be sent out to backers.

No updates at this time for batch 3 : the Box with Mats was lost in shipping, we were made aware of this issue yesterday and it is resolved today. We are sending items from our US Hub back to VFI to fulfill world wide for batch 3, more on this in the early update for August

Hello everyone👋, We are very excited that during the past few weeks the Flood started to fulfill. This is our June/July update. There will also be a mid July update with additional information. 

Fulfillment updates

📦 Wave 1 ( USA )- 28%

-US: All backer games are in the US getting processed and fulfilled. Approximately 28% of backers received their games already. The rest are in various stages from confirming emails, to tracking data. 

Please keep an eye out for an email from Bridge fulfillment to confirm your address and a second email with your tracking number. All US backers should receive a request for an updated address prior to tracking data by July 8. Be sure to check your spam folder. Occasionally the emails do go to spam.

-USA/Canada Preorders: These will arrive mid August and will start fulfilling by the end of August/early September. The process will be the same. You will get an email request confirming your address and a second email with tracking. 

-Canada: Backer pledges are processed and will head out next week to Canada, then they will be fulfilled via Canada post (we will keep you updated with a second update this month)

📦 Wave 1 (UK,EU1,EU2)-100% 

📦 Wave 2 (UK,EU1,EU2)- 0% 

-UK,EU1,EU2  Summary is that there has been a delay with paper work, the delay has been resolved, is you are a Backer in the UK, EU1,EU2 and have not received tracking data or address confirmation then your pledge will be fulfilled most likely in August, more on this in our second update, we will post tracking data from this container 

📦 Wave 1 ( World Wide ): 50%

 -VFI: Second shipment via VFI is processed and will be heading out this week to country destinations. 

For our Australian backers we are aware that Aetherworks is back logged at this time, they are fulfilling other Campaigns, we will update you more on the ETA we will get in our second email this month.
