April Update: On the boat->Port

Hello everyone👋, an update for the month of April.

Part 3 of ocean freight and Port 🛳️

Updates

📦 Wave 1 ( USA/Canada ): 

As we approach Ocean freight->Port a few things to keep in mind:

-US: Fulfillment will be done by Bridge Fulfillment. At this time we are told not to give any optimistic dates, 30% of us Fulfillment will be done by end of June - The rest in July. Some of backers coins may arrive separate and early US Backers only . 

-Canada: Upon arrival Part of the US shipment will head to Canada for fulfillment. This will depend on the arrival of the containers into port and logistics at the port. Our games are marked are marked 14+ without a "CE", we don't for see this being a delay and will keep you updated.

📦 Wave 2 (UK,EU1,EU2)

Fulfillment will be done by end of June - The rest in July. We will know exact dates closer to June, Depending on customs. Some of you were wondering who will be our fulfillment partners. See below

Green Logistics: AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, RS, SE, SK

Happyshops: AU, BR, CH, CL, DE, GR, IL, LV, MX, NZ, PH, PR, SA, TW, ZA

📦 Wave 3 ( World Wide ): -VFI: Some backers from countries closest to China and in China have gotten their games, others are very close to getting their games, please be patient as we clear customs in different countries. 

-VFI (Pacific): We have not gotten an update yet on the exact dates, backers in Australia will get their games in the month of June, we will post exact dates in the month of May Update

We will keep you updated regarding the progress!

Congratulations on voting in the animal that you wanted into the game during our campaign, this token can be used instead of the "Animal token" in game.

February update: On the Boat

January Update: Port and Ocean Freight

Hello everyone 👋! 

We have a short update for this month, the port issue has been resolved. 

Updates

Wave 1 ( USA ): Containers heading to the US will be moved to the loading dock February 2-8. We are still keeping the rough estimate of fulfilment in May/June. This will give us enough time with US customs should any issues arise during the off loading and fullfilment 🚚.

Wave 2 ( UK/EU ): Similar to the wave 1, games heading to the UK, EU will be moved to the loading dock Feb 2-8. We are still keeping the rough estimate of fulfilment in May/June. This will give us enough time with UK customs, should any issues arise during the off loading and fulfillment 🚚.

Wave 3 ( World Wide ): Games will be packaged February 14-21 and will head to the port. After Ocean freight 🛳️ and fulfillment 🚚. Different countries in this wave will have different fulfillment time. We anticipate all games in this wave will be fulfilled by the end of June. (very close to US and UK fulfillment time)

December Update: Port queue and CNY, Happy 2024!

Hello everyone 👋! 

Merry late Christmas and Happy New Year 🎄!

This Friday we got an update from the factory that wave 3 will finish packaging ⚙️ after CNY. Our shipments from the port will only be released after CNY as well. When released the games will be in queue to board the ships for ocean freight. 

We were hoping to avoid Chinese new year due to the freight bottleneck🛳️, but we will not be able to avoid it and have to change the tentative fulfillment date to May/June. This tentative date will give us enough buffer time to make sure we are still on schedule with the games being in ocean freight and the games reaching fulfillment centers 🚚 for US and EU.

We apologies for this inconvenience but there is nothing we can do to expedite the port/shipments and the remaining wave 3 packaging. Thank you again for your patience, support and understanding!
